This book is a compilation of the ministry of Evangelist Tim Green from the early days of his labor in the field of evangelism. The messages were preached in the zeal of youth and have been edited and “tweaked” by an older and hopefully wiser hand. I trust the fire of a young man will not be doused, but fanned by the seasoning of time. I did not want these messages to sit idle and gather dust but be used again to stir the embers of real revival. They are not transcribes sermons but handwritten essays, gleaned from the pages and pages of manuscripts from which they were preached. Very little has been added to their original form. The illustrations are time-tested and the themes are timeless. I pray the Lord will add His blessing to your perusal of these pages.
“And God gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:” Ephesians 4:11-12.
